As a former professional kiteboarding coach, Ryan's love for the sport catapulted him into the world of action sports with Best Kiteboarding, where he not only excelled in competition but also mastered the art of international business as he grew to become President of the company. This experience laid the groundwork for what would become a storied career in entrepreneurship as he ventured into the realm of personal mobility and transportation with Inboard Technology. Embracing the challenge of creating an all-new industry, he successfully raised Venture Capital from the world's most elite firms and forged partnerships with transport juggernauts like Daimler Automotive Group (parent: Mercedes-Benz).

Beyond the thrill of sports, Ryan is a trailblazer on rugged ultramarathon paths, a mountain biking enthusiast who finds solace on flow trails, and a snowboarder who carves fresh narratives in steep powder.
